• Running & tracing complex loop wiring to detect hardware faults \{ short circuits, overload, leakage, missing\} cases problem.

• Reading design specifications, technical Instrument drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, charts & graphs.
• Establishing communication between PLC, remote IO & network devices on Profibus/Modbus

• Performs all preventive maintenance activities, to prevent breakdown & ensure the enough protection to the industrial network & controllers programs & making periodical backups & secures.
• Startup & Process tuning for drives, motors, pid-controller, Temperature modules & thermocouples
• Analyze product or equipment specifications & performance requirements to determine possible design improvements.
• Elevators panel building with PLC system & Microcontroller board.
*Repair & maintain of skin tightening devices
*Repair of fats reduction & cellulite therapy devices
*Training the clinical staff on how to use the different biomedical devices
*Conducting a test to evaluate the safety, efficiency & effectiveness of biomedical equipments.
*Handle routine inspection & preventive maintenance to biomedical devices using electronic measuring devices such as voltmeter.
• Install, integrate & configure new computer systems & hardware
• Manually examine & repair computer hardware & peripheral components
• Test & adjust electronic components of computer to appropriate standards
