● Manage the sales team to reach the company's goals according to the rules and policies of the company
● Trainnew sales staff and introducing them to modern selling methods, refining their selling skills and introducing them to the company's products and features.
● Prepare the customer's visits schedule, dividing it up and distributing it to sales persons.
● Develop the skills of the sales team and compete with each other and motivate them to increase their sales.
● Communicate with existing customers and attract new clients.
● Communicate with potential clients (institutions, companies, government agencies) and sample them to earn their trust and then take orders from them.
● Follow up delivery, execute orders and solve customer problems
● Ensure that the funds are collected and timely payments are made in the case of payment by installments or checks.
● Conduct marketing campaigns to increase sales and follow up customers so they do not go to competitors.
- Working with big suppliers ( Acino, Mundipharma, GSK, Lambert, EPICO and others ) .
- Follow up the big groups of Pharmcy and private hospitals.
