Dubai Mixed Use Project “Dancing Sisters”, Dubai, UAE. Project Value: (1, 100, 000, 000 AED) The project located adjacent to the Burj Khalifa. The project consists of hotel located adjacent to residential and office tower. The two structures consist of a five-story podium, which link to car park through two bridges along with two tunnels that allow both access as well as services.
Capital Plaza Development “SOFITEL”, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Project Value: (1700, 000, 000 AED) The Capital Plaza Development is located on the Corniche Abu Dhabi adjacent to Khalifa Energy Complex. It comprises of a four floor basement for parking, a seven floor podium which is shared between, the hotel, office and parking and five towers above the podium.
