December 2012 till now - Director of Loss Prevention in Palm Hills- complete security management with daily management of 37 Security- finish any thing with the tourism police. Responsible for implementation of all Security Hotel Procedures. Training of all associates and supervisor in operational procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities: 1-Directs and coordinates the activities of all security personnel, including the uniformed security guards, engaged in the implementation of management's safety and security procedures.

Golf Areas & employees
Vehicles in hotel parking areas
3-Plans and schedules the day-to-day activities of all security personnel, including uniformed security (agency) guards, to ensure that all Golf areas are properly and adequately secured at all times.
4- Coordinates with outside police agencies in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, etc Involving the Golf, its employees or its guests.
5- Conducts training, and meets Golf personnel to instruct them on the use of proper security measures.
6- Prepares daily incident report, requisitions and other interoffice memos.
7- Prepares security goals, develops working plans to carry out goals, compares actual accomplishments against goals periodically and takes necessary corrective action.
8- Checks performance of personnel, leads logbooks of uniformed security (agency) guards and of department to determine need for action or follow up work, corrects mistakes or inadequacies of personnel.

Responsible for implementation of all Security Casino Procedures. Training of all associates and supervisor in operational procedures.
