Responsible for overall planning, management & operations of the company having two disctinct divisions as: Trading & Telecom. The telecom division deales in distribution of leading talk time brands. The trading side deals in a variety of industrial items which are imported for local as well as re-export needs.
Developing and nurturing the AJMAL brand as Head of Marcomm and transform it from being a traditional name into an "ethnic chic" brand in the GCC. Also developed a comprehensive loyalty programme having a point based loyalty card AJMAL ONE with loyal customer database using sageCRM tailor made for the programme. This was the first loyalty programme in GCC amongst all perfume brand owners.
