Principal Duties / Responsibilities

1. receive the project file from engineering department once project is awarded
2. Review all project data received from engineering department.
3. organize a kick of meeting with all project parties (engineering, sales, logistics application) to discuss and assign all project activities
4. organize a kick off meeting with the customer in the presence of sales engineer to discuss all shadowed points that arise after the order, organize the supplies schedule with the customer, report all customer notes and requirements
5. place orders for all project items after comparing between the suppliers
6. issue and send periodically, a Gantt chart which includes all project activities, half monthly report, to territorysales managers every two weeks, update a Profit and loss sheet accordingly
7. following with all involved departments till finalizing their activities (engineering, logistics)
8. review electrical and mechanical drawings and send them to the customer to start site works
9. prepare a CD containing all project data (manuals, wiring, layout, etc…) and hand it to application engineer who is assigned for this project
10. following with application engineer during his auditing visits and receive a daily report with site activities.
11. Attend site meetings when needed
