My job as a Accomt Executive In Tactics included many responsibilities that require a great deal of mental / physical effort and consistency in finding contacts and working on projects that would appeal to them. Gaining the appeal of the client requires a lot of brainstorming with constantly flowing creativity from every member of our team, Expense of quotes and follow-up operation . Personal interviews with new sales & account managers .

 Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
 Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
 Handling, briefing and coordinating with external suppliers all the details pertaining to a certain project and/or event
 Acting as a liaison between the clients and the company
 Planning for business events
 Conducting a comprehensive competitive monitoring and analysis
 Organizing media coverage for activities and events being held
 Constructing a database for lists of contacts
 Attending events for direct observation
 Prepare and negotiate quotations
 Coordinate with the graphic designer during the design phase
