- Reyada Tech. is a system Integrator for turnkey IT Solutions ( Cyber Security, Light Current & Infrastructure systems ), a well-established company working in the Saudi market for 20 years.

- I worked on an antivirus products from Bitdefender Company, My role as Solution Engineer :

- Collaborating with IT teams, Finance departments, and Managerial executives during the product cycle.
- Demonstrating the product value technically and financially in demo sessions, offline and online.
- Troubleshooting and supporting clients' issues onsite or remotely, which increased client satisfaction.
- Discussing with clients to deliver the most suitable solution for current usage and future expansion.
- keep Clients updated with Bitdefender's latest releases and how it could help their business.
- Reduce product implementation and testing process time by 30% from the client side.

- I worked on the " Bab El Mareefa School " Project in a dual role with responsibilities.
- Bab El Mareefa is an Educational Complex with a 10, 000 square feet building, a project total budget of over 50 million Riyals, and a Company owned by Mohammed El Othman Group.
- It is planned to be the first School of the new Academic Schools Chain.
- It is a fast-track project that aims to build a school from scratch till turn key within 8 months.

- Scope of work: ICT systems and Light Current systems from Infrastructure to Operation.
- Project Budget: about 1.3 million Riyals.
- My team: 1 experienced foreman and 4 technicians.

- My role as ELV Project Engineer :
- Finish Client requirements within the project timeline according to Engineering codes and standards.
- Coordination between the owner's technical office and other contractors working at the site.
- Accredit and supervise technicians' work and make sure they meet standards and Project objectives.
- Configure different ELV systems and finish integration between them.
- Train IT team members on troubleshooting and maintaining ELV systems, and train the Operations team on how to deal with each system daily operating procedures.
- Manage project knowledge transfer and handover with the owner's technical office.

- Systems implemented and completed by my team and me :
1- Data Passive system ... Copper Cables identification, labelling and Termination, Fiber Splicing, Cabinet Termination, and Cabinet Patch cord organizing - 1270 Points at each end
2- Access Control ... Installing and Configuring 22 access control units with restrictions on access level for persons
3- Time attendance ... Installing and setting up 20 devices for Teachers, Employees, and Students attendance managed by IVMS 4200
4- CCTV ... Installation, positioning, configuration of 207 cameras on 4 floors on 4 NVRs, and all camera system viewing at 7 different managers' offices
5- Active Devices ( Huawei Switches and Access points ) ... First and second fix for 31 switches, 42 APs.
6- Public Address system ... First and second fix for 90 Indoor speakers, 14 Monitor speakers, and 15 Mixers.

- Project ended with overall 7, 550 working Hours, about 11% error margin, and a 85% of client satisfaction.

- I worked on the " SACO HQ Datacenter " Project in a dual role with responsibilities
- The main objective of the project is to make a proper on-premises Tier 2 Data Center to host
The main brain equipment from Mobily Datacenter Hosting ( Riyadh - Malga 2 )
- These devices connect HQ with 35 stores all over the Saudi Kingdom; some stores operate 24/7.
- Already, the HQ has some equipment that needs to be arranged and prepared for the Datacenter work.
- We worked under the pressure of " Zero downtime" for any device, as the billing system was always up.

- Scope of work: Data Center systems Infrastructure till operation, including 7 systems ( Civil work - Electrical system - UPS system - Fire Alarm & Gas Fire Fighting Novec system - Raised Floor - Airedale Air Conditioning system 20 Tons - Environmental Monitoring system )
- Project Budget: about 800, 000 Riyals
- My team: 1 experienced foreman and 3 technicians.

- My role as Project Engineer :
- From day Zero to the Final Handover, I was responsible for every detail at the site, working on the solution topology, then submitting the action plan of the project and the deadlines.
- Handling daily site tasks and solving project obstacles according to the plan, and documenting all of them.
- Work with SACO teams on all permissions and precautions according to their rules and safety codes.
- Work with different Vendors / Disti. teams (SETRA, Al FALAK, SFFECO) to maintain site workflow.
- Work with Reyada tech. teams (an internal Project Consultant, Electrical team, Architecture team)
- Maintain work cycle with the logistics team and warehouses, starting from receiving materials and machines, then making sure that storage is well-organized.
- Finalize Testing and Commissioning stages with SACO Engineering Department, provide all manuals, catalogues, and maintenance training for each solution.
- Hand over the Data center to the SACO IT team and train them on how to maintain systems and keep them running well.

- Project ended with overall 10, 000 working Hours, about 8% error margin, and a 90% of client satisfaction.

- Protech Egypt is the Main Distributor of an English Passive Brand (OSILAN - UK).
- My role as Presales Engineer :
- Sizing passive Solution ( Copper, Fiber, Network Cabinet ) for Projects from Medium to Mega ones.
- Calculating BOQ requirements from Drawings and Indexations to put them in Quotations.
- Working on items, data sheets to match the required technical specs, and submitting to the Consulting Technical Offices to be approved.
- Preparing Technical and Financial Proposals for Tenders and handling clients' requests with a suitable solution for the project Case within the budget frame.
- Strengthen work relationships with existing Clients and introduce the brand to prospective Leads.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, warehouses, and finance departments.
- Responsible for instructing two fresh candidates during their internships.
- Related Projects: Renovation of National Bank of Egypt and Agricultural Bank of Egypt, Hayah Karima Initiative, and Renovation of countryside Health units and Hospitals, and other private projects.
- Contributing to 10 million EGP overall sales deals, starting with quotations ( RFQ - RFP ), following up,
material submittal, executing, and collecting till deal ends.

- I was assigned as an IT Support Engineer for a project called " EL Welely Group "
- El Welely Company needs to upgrade its infrastructure solution to meet new ERP needs,
Their HQ at Semouha - Alexandria and the Factory at 4th Industrial zone - New Borg El Arab.
- My role as an IT Support Engineer :

- The Main Task was maintaining work Sustainability by troubleshooting issues immediately,
during system upgrading and deployment of the Oracle ERP system.
- Administering employees' problems with office devices like PCs, Laptops, Printers, sharing servers, IP telephony and File sharing servers.
- Scaling and Upgrading running systems with the minimum possible downtime.
- Communicating with stakeholders to submit the migration plans.
- Providing support in rotations 24/7 via cell phone.
- Following up with vendors and suppliers to deliver designated items as scheduled.
