•Manages workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
•Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll forms and reports for accuracy and makes necessary corrections.
•Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations.
•Process employee time & attendance data from the time system to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the time and HRIS systems.
•Provides statistical information as requested by the Human Resources Manager.
• Monitors and record employees vacations balance and leaves (annual-casual-sick-maternity-study)
• Updates payroll sheet with employees’ allocations and manpower transactions (resignations-suspensions-dismissals).
• Handles employees’ final settlement documents “resignations”
• Maintains a good system for the employees social insurance benefit.
• Follows up the medical test form of the new hired employees.
• Handles the work notification form with the labor office.
• Responsible for all the transactions and deals with social insurance office and labor office:
o Delivering form (1-2 & 6) in a regular basis
o Submitting UCMENA monthly governmental payments and follow up the account balance.
o Assist Employees in issuing any document from social insurance office and labor office
o Recommends advices on government relations matters.
• Ensures fully implementation of HRIS, Responsible for handling the HRIS starting from registering all employees’ transaction monthly, extracting reports regularly and coordinate with the IT department regarding any problem arises while using it.
• Prepares updates, maintains and process a variety of forms, reports, records, lists and files according to established policies, procedures, regulations; verify and post information as necessary to assure completeness and accuracy.
• Orders and maintains office supply inventories, HR forms, orientation materials, workshop materials, and other materials.
• Creates the required reports.
• Communicates with the outsourcing supplier to provide the required number of the outsourcing employees
• Responsible for interviewing and selecting outsourcing staff, and finalizing all recruitment process (finger print, new joining employees email, Etc.)
• Handles outsourcing employees records
o Manages the outsourcing labors weekly shifts.
o Monitors and record employees’ attendance and creates monthly updated report.
• Prepares and conducts payroll and incentives sheet for out sourcing employees.
• Responsible for handling and solving all problems arises with outsourcing staff.
• Maintains a strict filling system for UCMENA employees’ files.
• Prepares newly hired employees contracts and follow up renewals.
Responsible for receiving employee’s performance appraisal for outsourcing staff.
