Production and Materials
•Coordinate production work plan for 4 plants (Biscuits, Candy, Snacks and Powder).
•Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
•Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
•Schedule shift according to production needs
•Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
•Obtain output information.
•Prepare and submit status and performance reports
•Keep paperwork organized.
•Collaborate with logistics, purchasing staff to ensure business continuity.
•Lead the weekly and Monthly review session with the sourcing units.
•Continuous improvement for submission accuracy.
•Designing SOPs, leading KPI’s and SLAs
•Responsible of all plant planning End-To-End process.
•Review RCCP on yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly basis.
•Creating monthly demand depending on current FG stocks and coverage days.
•Minimizing sales loss occurs due to materials shortage or production efficiency.
•Monitor plan achievements on daily basis.
•Review promotion plan provided by marketing quarterly.
•Monitor plan adherence on weekly, monthly basis.
•Placing the production plan weekly based on the demand plan, Machine utilization, and maximum/minimum capacity. Depending on the raw/pack material availability respecting the agreed frozen period.
•Optimizing all the master data and configuration sets of Raw/Pack/Semi-finished/Finished items are well, aligned with business needs parallel with the Optimum Working Capital to achieve the production plan timely.
o Creating the weekly plan according to the forecast achievement and finished product stocks.
o Follows up the deviations of materials consumption rate and take corrective action where necessary.
o Follows up the monthly requisition for local materials and foreign materials on daily basis.
o Issues requisition and maintain inventories of imported materials and supplies necessary to meet the production plans.
o Manages the materials requirements with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments.
o Monitors the flow of scrap materials and slow-moving items.
o Evaluates the Performance of Section by calculating the turnover ratio and availability of materials and days of supplies.
o Manage the use of components not included in the bill of materials, such as: lack of material, low inventory in the warehouse, quality issues.
