Responsibilities and Activities:
• Provide technical and managerial directions to project team members, as directed by the Project Manager.
• Review the performance of project team members and report the same to the Project Manager.
• Handle all types of Operations and Site Construction.
• Ensure that Safety Rules and Regulations are implemented in coordination with the Safety Manager.
• Meet all set deadlines while ensuring that the productivity targets are also met along with quality and safety.
• Review the Construction drawings from a Constructability point of view.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Ensure that Construction crews are always supplied with enough information, drawings, sketches, materials and consumables to meet and improve target dates.
• Coordination with the QA/QC Engineer/Manager and ensure proper implementation of the QA/QC plan.
• Design review and submit recommendations on the selection of materials & sub-contractors, where applicable.
• Prepare the weekly and monthly progress report with the coordination of Planning Engineer.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in Interim valuations.
Project / Location: Construction of Dental clinic on ROYAL Commission.
Responsibilities and Activities:
• As Project Engineer leading a team managing planning and design of projects such as development of plans for water / sewer replacement / rehabilitation.
• Prepares detailed plans and specifications for water / sewer replacement.
• Manages consultants during the design of pipeline replacement.
• Facilitates, coordinates and participates in cost analysis, and review of proposals.
• Conducts pre-design meetings and field reviews with consultants and others as needed.
• Prepares bid-ready specifications and packages.
• Consults and works with team members from other internal organizations in the administration of consultant, Architect / Engineer (A/E) and construction contracts and their associated procurement mechanisms.
• Performs technical reviews and studies relative to water and sewer pipeline projects.
• Reviews project technical, management, and budgetary plans and ensures project compliance with corporate policy and technical specifications.
• Reviews and approves monthly and final payments for A/Es, contractors and vendors.
• Reviews, negotiates and finalizes contracts and change orders.
Project / Construction of two schools on ROYAL Commission.
Responsibilities and Activities:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
• Prepares, supervises and approves the development of PEP \[from construction point of view\], and its implementation plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project including Project Close-out.
• Manage the construction effort and be the construction representative of our company with Client. To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.
• Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning, load-out and offshore installation hook-up and offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
• Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
• Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements.
ESTABLISHMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND SUPERVISION OF BUILDING BELONGING TO SAUDI ELECTRICITY CO.
Responsibilities and Activities:
• Execute all civil & architectural works according to drawings, design & specifications
• Preparing all site official documents & financial table and dealing with the subcontractors.
• Handling the handover and getting all approvals from the consultant side.
• Controlling the cost, timelines, quality & scope.
• Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
• Structural & architectural and landscape works for all above projects.
• Coordinate between Electro-Mechanical works / Civil / Arch. Works
