1. In charge for Façade works for dismantling and installation of facade works at high-rise buildings in KAFD, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which is covering the significance of methodologies for Façade works includes predominately oversighting the associated catastrophic risks for demolition works, high risk scaffolding, fixed cradles, moveable cradles, monorails, electric hoist, tower crane and loading unloading through best practices and epitomes. Close coordination with method statement Engineer on preparation and implementation of project requirements. Identify and troubleshoot the problems that may affect daily construction activities resulting in program delay. Addressing the issues related to supply chain for required materials and effective communication channels to ensure uninterrupted production.
2. In-charge for interior finishing works, includes, Gypsum boards, Floor Marble and Marble wall cladding, interior glass works, balustrades, smoke baffles, hollow metal doors, wooden doors, aluminum doors, normal painting, epoxy painting, stainless steel works for elevator lobbies and steel handrails.
3. Responsible for directing and coordinating a multi trade team to ensure that all construction and civil activities are executed in accordance with the construction management plan and project requirements.
4. On daily basis brief the engineers and supervisors on planned work and deliveries.
5. Prioritize resources and equipment between areas/zones to meet project objective.
6. Ensure that all Temporary works are in accordance with BS 5975.
