• Ensuring alignment, integration and adaptation of HR initiatives to enhance organizational capability for meeting business goals and objectives.
• Providing technical advice on a wide range of HR practices to ensure effective implementation.

• Dealing with the PR dept. for visa processing to complete the procedures for staff residence permits and all required expatriates documents (residences/exit permits, licenses, visa extensions).
• Dealing with site administrators regarding all manpower issues.
• Supervising two Admin clerks.
• Preparing monthly financial reports including
• Monthly sales report
• Monthly purchases report
• Monthly ending inventory evaluation
• Monthly suppliers/customers outstanding report
• Monthly income statement
• Solving the client problems.
