Civil Site Engineer at (ALMABANI GENERAL CONTRACTORS, AGC BACS Consortium KSA) for the Road works Delivery, leading the Site team responsible of the reinstatement & rehabilitation of the Roads / utilities affected by the Metro track construction along Line “1”, the scope includes reconstruction of a 38 Km length road with all the related Utilities such as Storm water Drainage system, ITS, irrigation system, traffic management system, landscape/ hardscape for walkways & road medians, with coordination with other delivery teams to fulfill BACS Consortium scope of manufacture, furnish, install, test and commission all components related to the civil infrastructure related to Line 1 & line 2.

Duties:
 Civil Engineer (Development of KING ABDULLAH ROAD West Project).
 Supervise road construction, asphalt works, storm lines, irrigation lines and utilities service works, concrete pouring and; infra-structure works for drainage pipes, manholes, street lighting, lighting spheres and traffic signage, hardscape and road finishing.
 Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
 Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
 Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
 Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract.
 Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
 Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
 Management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
 Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress day-to-day.
 Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
 Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
 Preparing reports as required.
 Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

 Development of KING ABDULLAH Road West (KARWEST) - Value (500 million S.R)
The project comprises 16.8Km of roads (main road & service road), 2 U-turns Bridges, 2 Underpasses, 2 Bridges 2 Fly-Over, LRT (Lite Rail Train) median along the road with all utilities (storm water drainage, potable water, irrigation system, pump stations, electrical utilities) landscape and hardscape.
 Development of Prince Mashal Round About “ARQA” - Value (80 million S.R)
The project comprises 3.2Km of roads (main road & service roads), 4 Bridges, utilities network (storm water drainage, irrigation system, electrical utilities) landscape and hardscape.
 Works inside Riyadh Airbase - Value (95 million S.R)
The project comprises a royal apron, construction of taxiway, air defence building, open canal, construction of bridge and patrol road with high security wall also a landscape and hardscape works.
