Ahmed Mohamed

Ahmed is a qualified architect and accomplished General Manager with extensive experience
leading multidisciplinary design and engineering teams. He currently heads VDEC, the inhouse design office of Azizi Developments in Dubai, overseeing architectural, structural,
MEP, interior, and landscape disciplines. Throughout his career, Ahmed has managed the
design and delivery of complex, large-scale developments across residential, hospitality,
mixed-use, and commercial sectors. His leadership combines strategic vision, technical
excellence, and strong coordination between design, development, and construction teams
to ensure successful project outcomes.

my Work starts with Business development, till technical and projects progress with office diferent department ( Arch, interior Design, Landscape, Mechanical and Electrical departments) also all works and deals with sub consultants.
also my work cover all supervision on company revenues and expenses.

Work as a Projects Manager in BE Real-Estate Development- part of Bahna Engineering Group (5), being in charge of all company’s investing projects; while leading engineering, sales, procurement, and admin staffs for company current and future projects and tasks from investing opportunities feasibility studies preparing, Projects technical issues determination with different consultants, values engineering control checking, bidding procedures, contracts, after sales support, to site inspection and contractors work handling. Handling projects:
• Five Stars Hotel in Manyal Sheeha area (on Nile Bank) 1 Km from ring road, Moneeb Bridge, 120 Plaza Suites, 72, 000 M2 built-up area with 20M length Yachts Marina, 2 swimming pools. Project designed by (Snohetta - Norway) and technical designs by Hamza Associates.
• Several administrative and residential projects around Cairo ( Zamalek, New Cairo, Shubra, Roadel-Farag, . Etc.)

Work as a Senior Project Manager in Alfredo Freda - Cairo consultant, Sharing different teams in studying and preparing all technical blue-prints holding co-ordinations meetings with different sides, (owner, STR, Elect, Plum, HVAC, Site, sales, and Land-escape). Managing and assuring quality of architecture construction drawings, site support, coordinating designs with co-consultants and communicating with clients. Revising project program required by owners, proposing structure and EMP systems that fits both project design and desired value, preparing project schedules. Conducting regular site inspection visits for both accruing quality and tackle site problems for Projects:
• “Tala-Bay” Touristic Marina in Jordan. with a built-up area of : 30, 000 M2, Owned by MURIYA for Tourism Development (1)
• “SHATE’L AMAR” Tala Bay, Aqaba, Kingdom of Jordan, 5 Starts Hotel -150 rooms, Owned by Shatea El-Kamar for Tourism investment Jordan. (2)
• ”Abu-Tig Marina (II) - El-Gouna" by the Red Sea in Egypt Sea Resort with a built-up area of 45, 000 M2., Owned by Orascom for Hotel Development OHD (3)
• “Azzurra Compound” Sahl-Hasheesh, Red Sea, Egypt. 5 Stars Hotel and Sea-Resort with a built-up area of : 80, 000 M2, Owned by Prime International for Realstate development. (4)

Being a Researcher in Urban Economics in University of Tsukuba, Japan. Under the supervision of professor Ohsawa Yoshiaki.

Working as a full-time Project Architect in A.F Studio "Alfredo Freda Consultant office, Roma/Cairo". Through my position in AF Studio I was responsible of leading architectural design team in the design developments process and to manage both electromechanical and structural designs and specification in order to assure the final product to match the requirements of the project contract. Also I had to organize between the construction requirements of the site team and the different teams of planning and design, Beside negotiating all work proceedings with all project parts including owners in regular meetings that aimed to enhance the relations of all the parts. Participating in several 5 starts and urban development projects

Working as a full-time architect in El-Maghraby Consultant office, participating in the design, develop and presenting of several TOuristic Vellages and 5 stars hotels all arround Egypt
