• Managing Operation team, Maintenance team to run the HBW smoothly with full capacity 24/7
• Doing all communication with Technical support Teams in Germany
• Setting HBW annual budget to include all related fixed costs, activities, services and expected spare parts orders
• Doing operational Technical trainings (SAP EWM-MFC Visualization) for the new comers
• Preparing Performance Reports for the Operation-Maintenance Teams
• Preparing KPIs Measurement reports for HBW Performance
• Monitoring, Facilitating and Coordinating the Business Relation between the project owner "Juhayna" and other parties i.e. consultants, contractors
• Taking over various projects in Juhayna - El Dawleya Co., Plant
• Creating progress reports, videos and presentations needed for showing up progressed work on site
• Review periodical meetings minutes, supervise and coordinate all project work on Site
• Added responsibility of managing the plant utilities(November 2012-March 2013): 2 boilers, "3CL" Ammonia refrigeration system, RO water treatment station, 2 atlas Copco air compressors, fire fighting network and waste water treatment station
(All Responsibilities includes SAP Work: checking preventive maintenance orders, doing corrective orders, monitoring spare parts stock" and doing all documentation and related reports. "Utilities responsibilities handed over on February 2013"

- Fully Automated High Bay Warehouse - 10, 000 Pallet Capacity (October 2012 to June 2014)-(5 European Companies involved "Germany, Italy, Romania, England and Netherlands")
- Fully Automated Pallet Washer - 200 Pallet/Hour capacity (January 2013 - Postponed)-(Denmark)
- RO Water Treatment Station Modification to Increase the flow rate to 100 m³/hr. (December 2012 - February 2013)-(Netherlands)
- Increasing Dawleya Plant Processing Capacity (November 2013 - July 2014)-(Germany)
- Increasing Dawleya Plant Filling Capacity (November 2013 - July 2014)-(Germany-Saudi Arabia)
- PET Hotfill line Modification (February 2014 - July 2014)-(Germany)
Starting with Installing, Commissioning and Supervising Krones PET line (Juhayna TinGO Product), Following up Krones team in the plant, Following up production plan, production procedure, follow up Work Performance for 12 operator and worker, performing daily Efficiency reports for the line, Executing monthly physical count - Following up Raw material stock from warehouse through SAP and delivering finished product to warehouse through SAP, follow up raw materials specification through QC and different Suppliers, Applying Lean Manufacturing Principles and Start Working according to 5S System, Participated in Implementing ISO 22000/2005, OHSAS 18000
