• Commissioned, integrated and performed the acceptance of new Flexi BSCs and TCSM3i (standalone TCSM3i and Combined Flexi BSC/TCSM3i solutions) with different releases (RG10 and RG 20) and in multivendor environment.
• Performed Flexi BSCs software upgrades and downgrades for both offline and live modes.
• Performed capacity and hardware upgrades for live BSCs
• Participated in solving emergency and critical cases.
• Performed various trials in Mobinil testbed and applying those trials in the live network
• Assisted new team mates in different commissioning, integration and troubleshooting activities remotely.
• Participated with NPO team in planning different network topologies demanded by the customer.
