• Develop and monitor the annual budget plan for the HR Division.
• Ensure that human resources policies, rules, regulations and procedures comply with Saudi Labor Law.
• Ensure smooth operations of the HR functions including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, training, organization development, administration and government relations activities.
• Manage and Implement Organisation’s compensation and benefits strategy.
• Design performance management process and systems, and support the business with annual performance setting.
• Manage and Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the compliance function as and when required.
• Oversee the accomplishment of activities relating to employment relations and legislation for Group subsidiaries by serving as the first point of contact for employee questions and grievances.
Opened a Consultancy Office to support Companies and business owners and their commercial and operational services along with top notch HR Operations and Services.
Support Board Members, Owners Board along with CEO in reforming, renovating and restructuring the Group to adapt best business practices, realign processes and improving on bottom line figures.
* Establishing the Human Resources function within the organization, including forming Policies & Procedures, and Processes.
* Evaluating various business aspects to insure perming in according to best businesses practices.
Managing HR Managers in all Branches Kingdom wide; on charge of Recruitment, Training, People Management Systems, Payroll, Policies, Benefits & Compensations.
On charge of regional Administration related functions in coordination with Executives; Managing the Personnel Development & Administration, Security & Safety, Corporate Projects, Preventive Maintenance Departments.
Interacting with Zahid Learning Center in the company's training programs, courses and relations with Ministry of Education is Saudi Arabia; Participating with HR department in development and future objectives, along with planning with Department Heads and General Managers for Sister Companies employee’s objectives, career development plans and surveying employee’s satisfaction.

Managed to reduce customer complaints from 70% to 10%. The On-Time / In-Full increased from 50% to 70%. Offered the position of HR Manager prior to departing the company.

* AACC is an Economic Offset Program company contracted with the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) that maintained and overhauled RSAF aircrafts, as a part of the Peace Shield Operation.
