Planning, develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
• Manage inventory levels.
• Manage and control all purchasing order.
• Choose new product to get customer need.
• Planning to internal section and put its purchasing plan.
• Handle over 20000 items with 8 internal section.
• Ensures that the products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods
received is satisfactory.
• Evaluating suppliers in order to find the best deals possible on goods that are needed for business
operations.
• Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received

• Negotiates with contractors on price and delivery time.
• Evaluates the performance of certain vendors in order to decide whether or not to continue
buying from them.

• Solving payment terms, by transfer most of suppliers to credit terms ( start from 60 days up to
90 days ) with saving current advantage ( cash price, discounts, transportation, high
responsiveness, …etc. )
• Solving high damaging problem in products, by 5 filters aims to reduce waste:
1. in central warehouse by cheek product in receiving steps
2. 3 days free in central warehouse to get report with damage product
3. in transportation step, car representative must be sure all product is good to send it the
branches
4. any branch must cheek all items to get sure its ok
5. must check items to end user
• reduce stock level by 30% it's non used ( overstock ) and make effective promotions .
• Create new order point matching with market position now ( demand and supplies
