• Assists Project Manager with the successful full cycle of assigned projects; from initiation to completion, including receipt of payment if necessary.
• Coordination and follow up civil and electric works.
• Follow up all logistic works related to the projects.
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
• Ensure work authorization, completion certificates and all other required documents are obtained from contractors.
• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
• Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable.
• Follow up all the mechanical fabrication and erection works (Equipment and structural steel).
• Review and approve the mechanical progressive invoices of the project.
• Monitor and ensure the execution quality of the installation works.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Supervising contracted staff.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
