Reporting directly to COO, the role is not limited to the following:
Consultant & Sales:
Contacting client to close renewals for General insurance business and handle direct queries from client.
Assisting Sales team to close General Insurance business with meetings and client coordination as a knowledge expert.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Managing General Insurance business reports and Dashboard to forecast performance on Salesforce.
Maintaining database in Salesforce for General Insurance Lines
Drive sales force redesign for General lines of insurance along with VP of Operations
Knowledge Management:
Build the knowledge base for General Insurance lines in coordination with Operations Manager
Design Confluence page structure & Update Confluence with all relevant information
Administrative:
Manage Optimisation of workflows and initiate automation.
Reviewing information provided by the client and collect all needed info for the quotes
Sending quote requests to the insurers & follow up to obtain terms
Coordinating policy placement for each policy, once confirmed by client.

Managing General Insurance claims
Coordinating between Insurance company, Insured and Adjusters.
Managing claim settlement form insurers for the client.
- Developing an understanding of the overall commercial medical insurance sales process
- Identifying improvements to existing processes for placing policies with insurers
- Understanding & Improving the documentation requirements for placing insurance policies with various insurance companies
- Meeting insurance companies to resolve pending issues related to clients health insurance policy
- Reviewing documents submitted by clients for policy placement to ensure they comply with necessary specifications
- Creating folders on Google Drive and providing clients with access to these folders to upload their policy placement documents
- Communicating with account management & commercial team to inform them of invalid or missing documents related to renwal policy & new policy placement
- Taking ownership for addition and deletion of members to existing insurance policies including:
- Collecting and reviewing required documents from customers
- Submitting required documents to insurance companies to inform them of additions and deletions of employees
- Following up and escalating when necessary delayed additions and deletions
- Communicating with clients to inform them of the status of additions and deletions and to resolve any related queries
- Arraning Certificate of Insurance for the clients.
- Addressing account management and customer team inquiries.
- Supporting and assisting sales operations team.
