Verify the soundness of banks' financial conditions, monitor them and supervise them in a way that guarantees the safety of their financial positions and the protection of the rights of depositors and shareholders in banks in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force and the rules of governance established by the Central Bank in accordance with the instructions it issues for this purpose. Fair and transparent in a way that enhances its competitiveness and contributes to protecting it from reputational risks and in a way that guarantees its contribution to sustainable economic development and stability of the banking and financial system. Work on preparing plans and programs necessary to achieve its tasks and in particular it has the following tasks:
1. Study bank licensing applications and their branching inside and outside the Kingdom and make the necessary recommendations regarding them.
2. Regulating credit as well as credit risks in general and those resulting from credit concentrations of bank customers.
3. Analyzing and following up the financial and banking conditions of banks and calculating the supervisory and financial strength ratios in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, instructions and banking norms.
4. Monitor the performance of banks, organize and evaluate their business on a unified basis inside and outside the Kingdom in light of the laws, regulations and instructions in force, and verify the soundness of their financial positions.
5. Preparing statistical and analytical studies and reports related to banking business and providing the relevant authorities with them.
6. Control of information and associated technology in banks to assess it and discover deviations and violations that these banks may be exposed to.
7. Striving to modernize and develop methods of control and inspection by using advanced means, tools and approaches, and to benefit from the experiences of relevant international institutions in line with international standards.
8. Study the relevant laws, regulations and instructions and provide the necessary recommendations for updating or amending them.
Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
Collaborate and provide support to the Marketing Director in overseeing the department's operations.
Organizing and attending marketing events and events to raise brand awareness.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on a variety of digital and print media.
Liaising with shareholders and vendors to enhance the success of activities and enhance the organization's presence.
Follow-up of all projects to completion and evaluate their success using various measures.
Preparing content for marketing material publication and overseeing its publication.
Conducting market research to identify available growth opportunities.
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
