Project: Riyadh Metro Project, Riyadh (Under BACS-Bechtel/Almabani/CCC/Siemens) Start-up, testing and commissioning of Air handling unit (AHU), VRF systems, PDX units, fans, sump pumps, booster pumps, fire pumps, electric water heaters, etc. Making sure that the system is ready before start-up such as line check for leaks, refrigerant pressure in the systems, supply power voltage etc. Using various measuring devices like anemometer, hydro manometer, tachometer, clamp meter etc. for testing. Testing and Air/Water balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems using velocity matrix, hood, traverse etc. Preparing and implementing 4 Weeks Look ahead schedule, skylines and TRAMS. Coordinating with vendor/manufacturer for warranty related works. Reviewing and updated scoped drawings in Aconex Reviewing and updating test procedures. Ensuring that all works are carried out adhering to safety regulations
Projects: Shoaiba RO phase 4 desalination Plant (SWCC plant), Jeddah, KSA EPC#13(Saudi ARAMCO/CCC) - Jazan Refinery & Terminal Project Utility Package, Jizan, KSA EPC#4&5(Saudi ARAMCO/Petrofac) - Jazan Refinery & Terminal Project, Jizan, KSA EPC#6(Saudi ARAMCO/CHEC) - Supply project for Jazan Integrated Combined cycle, Jizan, KSA Prepare BOM from revised IFC drawings Issue Purchase order for project required equipment and material. Manage delivery and installation of equipment at site. Value completed work, prepare monthly invoices and coordinate for payments To make workers aware of the importance of safe work Assess cost effects in projects such as delays and prepare variation claims
Prepared detailed estimates for different projects including, but not limited to, different metro stations of Riyadh metro project. Develop and verify MTOs, equipment and bulk quantities against available drawings. Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with the defined scope of work and standards. Interact with different vendors such as ATAI, Global energy to obtain latest pricings. Assist PMT and contracting team with bid analysis and contract negotiations. Develop Job analysis sheet for different projects
Schedule and control the shop floor activities for the assembly of special purpose machines. Developing technical skills in shop floor operation and mechanical maintenance in various hydraulic, pneumatic and rotating equipment. Coordinating between design, procurement and production departments. Controlled shop floor activities to maintain work standard, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets. To determine most effective approaches to new projects by reading and analyzing drawings and components list.
