• Manage and valuing change orders and rate analysis,
• Identifying and valuing claims and giving complete information for the narrative of claims,
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments,
• Perform risk, value management and cost control,
• Contract administration claims related to EOT and other claims,
• Proven track record of finding new scopes in between contract and construction,
• Very familiar contract documents such as FIDIC 99 and local Contract documents,
