i was member of comissioning staff who started new CPP2 of Al Marai co Cheese plant

1. Plan and execute PM of all relevant
machinery/equipment to meet the on site demands.
2. Optimise the R&M budget by controlling engineering expenditure while adhering to finance procedures.
3. Undertake staff development initiatives to ensure adequate skills meet department’s needs.
4. Maintain quality procedures to meet site target for continuous improvement.
5. Implementation of action plan to effect a safety conscious culture

Activities:
 Verify additions/changes to PPM tasks/schedules
 Verification of additional spares for engineering stock
 Conduct review of equipment failures
 Conduct review of PPM backlog
 Implement actions as appropriate with staff/service suppliers

• Assist in the planning and execution of the planned preventative maintenance of Cheese Production plant and equipment to meet the demands of the process and manufacturing end users.
• Assist in the planning and execution of cheese plant Projects to meet the agreed specification and time scale.
• Assisting in the development and action of a plan to affect a safety conscious culture within the Production Engineering department.
• Assist in the financial control of the Production Engineering Budget.
• Ensure Compliance to Quality procedures within the Production Engineering function and meet pre set targets for Production engineering Department and site.
• Develop the understanding of team concept and empowerment within the teams continuously improving focus on tasks and results.
• Allocate tasks to team members according to current priorities and their talent and skill.
• Conduct meetings/briefings and reviews with team members developing trust and loyalty within the team
• Drive team for continuous improvement to become more cost efficient.
• Ensure that all duties are conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as specified in the manufacturer's recommendations and/or Almarai Quality System.
• Ensure that all team members have the required resources to carry out tasks safely and efficiently.

• Agree tasks and targets with Utilities Eng. And make plans with Team Members for achievement.
• Motivate, facilitate, support and direct team to achieve tasks to defined and measurable performance parameters.
• Report and review performance with Team Members and relevant Managers evaluating results and outlining improvements.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with other teams and management to ensure all relevant information is communicated efficiently and effectively.
• Allocate tasks to team members according to current priorities and their talent and skill.
• Conduct meetings/briefings and reviews with team members developing trust and loyalty within the team.
• Ensure all PM schedules and pressure tests are executed, documented and filed.
• Critique and develop PM schedule in line with customized requirements of the Plant.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend equipment replacement/upgrade and capacity improvements as part of ongoing continuous improvement policy.
• Report Technical Data and Plant status to relevant manager.
• Ensure corrective actions on all non conformance/process deviations are effected immediately.
• Plan with production the facility to execute routine planned maintenance.
• Ensure that all Operational maintenance is carried out and documented as specified.
• Ensure that Utility Operators are carrying out tests to correct standards and schedules.
• Plan Team rest days and holiday relief ensuring adequate cover at all times.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets.
• Focus on Resource management and cost awareness.
• Drive team for continuous improvement to become more cost efficient.
