• Execution of Institutional / Tender Orders by preparation of Supply Plan of Open Tender orders and ensure material
availability of all tender orders.
• Follow up with relevant departments (Production, QA, R&D, & Regulatory) for the implementation of Variation Approvals
and New source validation protocols & resolve Blocked production versions.

• Reporting to the COO.
• Create a monthly and weekly packaging plan and share it with stakeholders.
• Monitor and truck the production plan and activates.
• Issue production orders, MRF for the packaging area by the SAP system.
• Evaluate and ensure the availability of packaging materials all the time based on the given forecast of SFG.
• Monitor Row and packaging materials stock.
• Ensure implementation of new changes or updates to the packaging materials and the artwork of the cartons, based on
the given information by regulatory / contract manufacturing operation suppliers.
Technical accountability
• Issuance and maintaining of material item codes through the SAP system.
• Issuing the production order using the SAP system for the production department .

coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Directing development and implementation of essential strategies /plans and making sure the end-to-end provision of

control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions
• Successfully implementing cost-analysis to control costs and actualize plans to reduce costs, imparting training to new hires and
mentor staff on new business processes. Tracking vital functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
• Completing the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
