• Sales forecasting for an AppsTwo business unit specifically of Sweden region by scheduling monthly calls with the respective market segment sales team and Director/Sales Head/VP
• Sales control in the new salesforce.com CRM system by transferring the records to Sold stage after complete verification of the supporting documents and requesting for approval to finance team for market segment “Finance & Insurance” and “Retail & Digital” of Sweden region
• Sales operation in the new salesforce.com CRM system by updating the records after receiving requests from the sales team and validating it with the supporting document
• Liaisons with the sales support team in Sweden for any update on an existing or new account
• Tracking the forecasted and actual sales figure and reporting the same to the Director/Sales Head/VP
• Bi-weekly reports having the sales funnel and sold data for the month
• Providing advice in sales forecast meeting by targeting the deals to be closed during month based on deal value
• Responsible for MIS reports to be sent to key clients on a periodic basis
• Act as liaison point between group sales & other support functions e.g. Actuarial, Legal & Operations
• Tracking of unit prices of self & competition, updating news regarding competition, preparing and maintaining competition analysis updates etc
• Co-ordination for actuarial valuation, Income Tax approval
• Conducting age/ liability profiling exercises for select clients
• Collating and updating details regarding portfolio of funds and AUM figures
• Assist in documentation required for closing new business & renewal of existing deals

• Assuring that administration and operation forms on client’s intranet website are updated against the vendor’s website
• Conduct post publication quality control check of all policies, procedures and forms
• Conduct regular bi-monthly review that the application documents available on the vendor website, are consistent and available without discrepancy
• Conduct monthly review of all the retail version and wholesale version of the loan application package to identify missing and outdated document
• Checking the validity and accuracy of the data from the SQL Server 2000 database, generating final report from the report application tools
• Interaction with the client to resolve campaign issues via phone or email
• Daily and monthly MIS reports generation, handling agent’s performance sheet on daily basis and maintenance of database by updating their performance, sending crucial data to the client
• Proof Reading the final data to be sent back to the client, identifying data errors, checking logical inconsistencies of the data
• Interacting with the onshore quality control team as a support function for the quality department
• Involved in recruitment of individuals to strengthen the company with like-minded people and take the company to new heights of success and competence
