● preparing the Preventive Maintenance schedules and writing the checklist tasks for all the equipment. Applying and supervising the sites work.
● managing the team of sales persons in all the sites and analysis the reaction of all advertisement.
● discussing the problems that the sales men faced it in the sites or with customers can solve it.
● Making price list for every site and more than one system for payment
● Responsible for solving the customer’s problems in apartment or in site in general.
● Responsible for laundry equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and spare parts.
● Managing and reviewing the contractors of apartments and create the payment system. .
● Preparing for the events that take place exhibition if it local or in other country and get a tools and materials that need.
