Deliver expert back-office support and infrastructure development to enable integration of SIS software products, services, and solutions within petro-technical workflows. Perform on-site support and project implementation for clients, effectively troubleshooting issues and communicating information to minimise user problems. Handle analysis and timely resolution of complex tickets. Administer project equipment budgets, equipment procurement, and maintenance.

Orchestrate deployment of hardware infrastructures, operating systems, and SIS applications. Provide system configuration documentation, site surveys for customer requirements / gap analysis, and meetings with clients to effectively target defects and emergency issues. Generate status records, forecasts, audit reports, plans, invoices, best practices, policies / procedures, training programmes, sales opportunities, and additional services as needed. Contribute to professional development functions, maintaining up-to-date with latest technologies and sharing knowledge.

Key Contributions:
 Played a key role in company securing $3.8M ECLIPSE Parallel licenses sales (two years) through strategic management and support of QP “Qatar Petroleum” Simulation clusters.
 Spearheaded all phases and completion of QP “Qatar Petroleum” Simulation clusters upgrade project.
 Collaborated in successful INTERSECT testing in KOC “Kuwait Oil Company” Dell Simulation cluster.
 Innovated design and provided implementation of a SharePoint solution for mapping SIS Qatar services orders workflow, facilitating tracking of all clients’ requests and minimising Days Sales Outstanding “DSO.”

Offered technical counsel and leadership in the areas of services, change implementation, SOPs, training, hardware / software maintenance, support, audits (QHSE / IT security), best practices implementation, and service reviews.  Led upgrade of Commercial Bank Plaza office to VOIP and Polycom IP phones, delivering ground support to users integrating Lync and new IP Phones.
 Elevated Qatar local IT group to achieve top support performance through promotion of services excellence, resulting in very impressive responses to surveys for three consecutive years.
 Functioned as desktop support expert (hardware, software, and peripherals) and escalation point for services requests ranging in complexity.
