Leading the Talent Acquisition team of 3 recruiters across 7 countries between Middle East, North Africa and China.
* Re-innovated the selection process first by building core selection
competencies, delivering a CBI and Psychometric assessment training to all
HR team who are doing selection which boosted the selection quality.
* Re-innovated the selection process for Technology and the main changes
where: duration from 3 weeks to 1 day. Technical testing from methodology
based to practical based and from solid rejection feedback to development
based feedback.
* Built a talent pool for top technical talents in hot spots in Europe like Ukraine,
Russia assessing pay scales, benefits and candidate motivations to prepare for
opening tech hubs with higher Tech talents and lower cost in pay scale in
comparison with HQ in Dubai.
Leading Tech & product hiring for Talabat (Delivery Hero Group)
Achievements:
*Re-innovated the selection process to include: selection forms, "competency-based interviewing" and "psychometric assessment" which eliminated any Bias in selection and improved the hiring quality.
*Assessed 70 employees on CBI for migrating outsourced employees to in-source by using a CBI dictionary and form with weight for each addressed competency.
Leading a team of 4 recruiters and recruitment admin hiring massively for 22 cities.
Achievements:
*Hired with my team of 4 over 600 candidates in 6 months for sales, operation and support functions.
*Trained the team on new practices and change the selection process to include "competency based interviews" and "situational interviews" to better select the right talent and caliber.
*Built a management candidate pool for all commercial departments

*Trained the team of 4 on "advanced LinkedIn sourcing" and "competency based interviewing".
*Re-design an internal follow up process that increased the accuracy of client management and closure of hiring requests
Recruiting for 3 business units with full 360 responsibility from Talent Acquisition strategy, sourcing, selection, offer negotiation and handled the onboarding program on a support level.
Achievements:
*Hired for 340 positions in 3 different IT business units.
*Successfully handled a TA project for hiring German speaking engineers for software and hardware business units which saved losing the account from Egypt. Got a thank you from Country manager.
*Achieved a top score of 3 days "time to hire" by working on a candidate pooling practice on the manpower plan before the execution quarter for each hire.
