Receive all maintenance orders from aftermarket department and handle these orders with maintenance team according to priority and customer’s schedule.
•Manage all workshop repairing orders and send final repairing quotations to aftermarket department which contact with the customers.
•Manage maintenance team to do their best without any problems.
• Follow up field engineers and support them with technical information and communication skills for different customers issues.
• Handle all visits with maintenance engineers and follow up reports for every visit.

•Technical Correspondence between my company and the mother

•Follow up all client whose have machinery in warranty period and
handle their technical problems with maintenance team.
•Follow up maintenance team and make a monthly evaluation for
everyone included maintenance manager.
•Handle training sessions for maintenance team with ATLAS COPCO.
•Responsible for maintenance contracts with customers.
Work as Technical Superintendent on M/V SERRANO, Ex. Name (MED PRODIGY) “Containers Ship” for loading and unloading, which have WARTSILLA Engine 9L38-5940 KW with three units of Caterpillar generators model 3406, 320 KW.

Responsibilities:
Managing, Organizing and planning essential central services such as:
•All repairing and maintenance for hull, deck, and engine room in dry dock.
•Planning all routine maintenance with Chief Engineer for all machinery in engine room.
•Proving technical support and training on new equipment's
•Reporting and managing all spare parts and materials order for engine room and the deck to the company.
•Handling all shipping operations with Master of the ship.
•Follow up the crew and solve their problems.
Work as Duty Engineer on M/V MED PRODIGY “Containers Ship” for loading and unloading, which have WARTSILLA Engine 9L38-5940 KW with three units of Caterpillar generators model 3406, 320 KW.

Responsibilities:
*Periodic Maintenance for Main Engine and Auxiliary machines in Engine Room.
*Making Overall for main Engine, Replacing Turbine rotor, Reduction Gear, and overhaul for Generators, and Compressors.
*Maintenance for all pumps in the ship (Gear, Centrifugal, Piston, and Reciprocating pump).
*Operation for Main Engine from PLC system, or Mechanical.
*Fully aware of all alarms in PLC system with possibility of supervision to add or remove alarms with Electricians)
Managing, Organizing and planning essential central services such as:
•Managing, scheduling, and coordinating assigned real estate services
•Building and ground maintenance repairs and services
•Procurement and contract management
•Utilities and communications infrastructure.
•Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors.
•Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of
contractors.
•Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to
achieve maximum value for money.
•Planning for future development in line with strategic business
objectives.
•Managing and leading change to ensure minimum desertion to core
activities.
•Checking that agreed work by staff which consists of:
*10 Engineers.
*25 Technicians
*15 Helper.
*50 Worker.
