• I have worked in National Paints From ( November 2013 to Now ).
• Job Description: Maintenance / Operation Engineer, execute Production Plan for Powder Coating factory.
• Process Engineer responsible for production and maintenance for production line powder Coating .my main task is monitoring the production line and find fast solution for the main reason that make a lot of losses in product and be the contact person between production and maintenance.
• Job describtion:
1. Specifications Study.
2. Preparation of:
a. Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
b. Financial Offers.
c. Technical Offers.
d. Design of Fire Fighting System according to NFPA (National Fire Protection Association).
e. Prepare the Hydraulic Calculations by using Elite.
3. Training in Massa Consulting LTD for two months covered Welding Inspection (non destructive tests):
• I have got a training as an Inspection Engineer In Massa Consulting ltd( Welding inspection) .
• I had training in Eipet project in Ain Sokhna for two weeks as one of Massa welding inspectors team for:
1- Arcons Tanks.
2- Process Piping: Astrons, Al Hashemiya, Al Hossam.
3- WQT (Welder Qualification Test).
• Good Command of Radiographic techniques:
1- D.W.S.I ( Double Wall Single Image).
2- D.W.D.I ( Double Wall Double Image).
3- S.W.S.I ( Single Wall Single Image).
• Good Command of IQI (Image Quality Indicator).
• Good Command of interpret results according to ASME B31.3 (Process Piping), API 1104 (Pipelines), ASME IX (WQT).
• Participate in interpreting Radiographic Test Results of companies ( Energya, Town Gas, City Gas, House Gas, Egypt Gas, Qarun Petroleum Company, EMC (صان مصر), Orascom construction industries (OCI)).
• Good command of radiographic films Processing:
1. Developing.
2. Washing.
3. Fixing: Fixing the Image on the film.
4. Drying: to make film ready for interpretation.
• Good Knowledge about LPT (Liquid Penetrant Test) as spreading
Liquid penetrant (red color) on the weld for a period of time then using removal for liquid penetrant like (Water) then adding Developer (white color), notice that Red Liquid Penetrant appeared indicating the type of welding defect on the surface of weld.
• Good Knowledge about MT (Magnetic Test).
• Participate in an inspection job (Ultrasonic test) in National Cement Companyشركة القومية للاسمنت) ).
• I left massa because of exposing to gamma ray for long durations without any safety precautions.
I had training in: 1- (ENPPI) at these topics: HVAC. Machinery. Combustion(Boilers, Heaters). Pressure vessels. Tanks. Material selection. Solid handling. Piping( Design, Stress Analysis, Technical Piping). 2- Sakr Factory I had Courses in topics: 1- autocad 2d. 2-Revit Mep. 3- Hydroulic systems. 4- Central Air conditioning system Skills: 1- Hard Working. 2- Ability to Work under pressure and for long time. 3-Good command of English. 4- Good Presentation , communication skills. 5- Excellent Computer skills (using perfectly Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
