Responsible for Procurement, Inventory Management, supplier management, and Logistics of Spare parts for After Sales. Ensure the service rate to customers of >95% with less than 6 months of Inventory.
Manage End-t0-End Process; Managing sourcing, suppliers, purchasing decisions, Inventory levels, warehousing, and distribution and logistics. Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and increased sales.
Finalize the annual budget for the department. Manage Financials, such as costing, pricing, and profit for the products
Responsible for maintaining all the data in SAP, and continuously working on digitization.
Looking after ‘product management’ of aftersales, which includes; Launching new products, doing market research, defining price and margin brackets, finding suppliers, and increasing revenue streams.
Mainly responsible for planning, procurement, import, inventory management, and costing and pricing. Research numerous verticals to forecast, plan and execute supply chain operations, lead communication with the supplier, control inventory level and financials, and generate reports and KPIs.
Serve as the main representative of the department and conduct internal and external meeting to oversee the performance and issues of spare parts department..
Strategically positioned to represent the budget for the department; render keen eye for details to manage sales forecast and profitably. Contribute analytical expertise for devising campaigns and promotions.
Steer efforts towards designing and executing effective strategies to achieve 75% growth in 2018 and 26% in 2019.
Control and remove dead stock and level to below 1% as well as increase department's profitability and outreach.
Nominated as the power user for the implementation program of ERP and transferred all knowledge to the Agency
Functioned with close collaboration with teams to manage market segmentation for the new heavy duty truck and build the TCO and product comparison chart for the trucks.

On the continuation of our final year project on “DESIGN OF CONVEYORIZED BODY TRANSFER”, I along-with my group members also worked as an internee during the month of June. We worked on the same project during that period. We proposed the installation of CHAIN CONVEYOR and discuss its feasibility in that particular scenario.

I have completed my B.E from NED University Karachi in Automotive and marine engineering with 3.291 CGPA and ranks 6th out of 53 students. It is a sub-branch of MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, and we are provided with an equivalence certificate also. We have been taught the core mechanical subjects like FLUID MECHANICS, THERMODYNAMICS, SOLID MECHANICS, and automotive subjects like HYBRID VEHICLE AND DRIVES, VEHICLE DESIGN, AUTOMOBILE TRANSMISSION, and AUTOMOTIVE POWER PLANTS etc.
