Tekel Museum & Art, Exhibition Center Construction Project / Uskudar / Pasalimani
Restoring the 200 years old stone masonry government building, newly combined with steel framed construction replaced with the old slabs and converting into “Museum and Art gallery” with full electronic control, retrofitting the parts having structural problems. Total contract cost $15 M, Turn key project.
