SAIB a commercial bank offers a full range of traditional wholesale, retail and commercial banking as well as Shariah-compliant banking products and services. It provides working capital finance, contract finance, syndicated loans, projects, and structured finance, among others. It arranges financing of quasi-government and private industrial sectors and trade finance products for facilitating imports and increasing Saudi exports.

Accomplishments:
o Instrumental in managing the privilege clients, nurtured healthy business relations with high-net-worth clients and ensured utmost customer satisfaction while implementing systems, policies and regulatory recommendations.
o Served as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all privileged clients and managing transactions for clients under programs such as Know Your Customers (KYC), CRM system, K2 system, Microsoft Office, Equation, ICE, On Base, and Demand.

Key Responsibilities:
o Administering day-to-day banking operations, implementing short- and long-term strategic plans & procedures to advance the branch's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, productivity, profitability, growth, staff management and service quality.
o Evangelizing customer experience through innovative programs/ account strategies, and building long-term relations with key accounts, leading to augmenting customer satisfaction scores, retention & account growth.
o Partnering with Account Relationship Managers to establish a roadmap for world-class quality service delivery, resulting in an increased portfolio aligned with business appetite.
o Striving to exceed customer’s expectations, by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem-free service. Resolving all complaints received within the stipulated TAT’s.
o Cross selling of new products and services for both new and existing privilege clients.
o Maintaining a robust Business Continuity Plan for the department on an ongoing basis.
o Generating monthly reports on outstanding loans and monthly interest accruals for loans.
