Project Management consultant for EPC of 18 Fuel Stations Projects across The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.

I contributed to setting up Project Control Plan & Schedule Management Plan. Approve/Validate Multiple Contractor Schedules, maintained P6 database for the client Portfolio, Validating contractor Weekly reports, and Developed weekly & monthly dashboards for the client.

Ambitious 15 years Program in line with Kingdom’s VISION 2030 program. This will be World’s largest regeneration program.
Central Riyadh Regeneration program will have to Oversee and deliver ambitious Projects such as Public Realm, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Residential Units, Hospitals, Schools, Souks, Smart City Program, Energy, Social and Economic Programs in Central Riyadh Region.
I contributed in preparing Program Execution Plan, maintained P6 databases. Approved/Validated Consultants Schedules, supported data flow from P6 to PMIS.

• All planning and control was using Primavera P6.
• Maintain, apply work and Work Breakdown Structure.
• Monitor, review, validate project status and invoices and ensure timely and accurate updating of project dashboard.
• Monitor, track, predict and report project statuses Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
• Develop and execute cost control systems such as Earned Value Measurement
• Prepare Project Baseline plans and conduct update of Project Progress
• Coordinate with project team and manager to develop, manage and control schedules
• Analyze Start, Completion and Duration Variances through approved baseline schedules
Forecast cost to complete approved cost amount
• Establish project scheduling controls such as maintaining project planning sessions and Project Schedules
• Preparation & Tracking of the project master schedule and summary level curves and Man Power Histogram.
• Identification, monitoring & streaming of Critical Paths running through the Project Master Schedule
• Setting the baseline project or tracking once the baseline project is issued.

• Have successfully completed 3 shut down projects like valve replacements, catalyst loading and unloading, Cleaning towers, Heat exchanger replacement, Reactor cleaning, drum cleaning and pipeline constructions.

• Aligning Project work scope with company structured WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
• Understanding Project scope, needs and deliveries, contract milestones, estimating budget quantities, costs, resources using Primavera P6.

Responsible in preparation and reviewing of Test Packages, conducting hydro testing of U/G piping & reinstatement works.
Review of Hydro test Package and check the limit of test pack.
Create new piping drawing if any change or clashing with the other discipline.
Communicate and interfaces with other engineering disciplines.
Make decision if any construction technical query base on project specification.
Coordinate with Construction team for resolve matter at site.
Plan, monitor and coordinate with client.
Prepare target schedule and weekly status for the project assigned.
Check and review relevant shop fabrication drawings as per relevant code and project.
Make sure Isometric drawing for correct revision.
Isometric Drawing confirm to GA.
Boundaries of hydro test, filling / draining / vent point and ensure all necessary P&ID‘s / Isometric are in the package.
Check blind lists of sizes, thickness and rating.
Inspecting the incoming materials for damages, dimensions and corrosions and ensure that MTC is available and according to the requirements. Ensure satisfactory identification of materials, proper protection of piping and fittings. Verify proper size and schedule of pipe, rating of flanges, proper flange face and fittings.
Review Piping Isometric drawing & check the material take off.
Preparing the hydro test for different pressure rating of pipe.
Confirm repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications. Ensure blinds are removed and correct gaskets are installed.
Verify that control valves and other items that were removed for the test are replaced. Check that water has been removed from check valves.
If specified on drawings, confirm that the vents and drains not required for operations are plugged. Verify that the startup screens are positioned at pump suctions.
Confirm that instrument-tubing connections are reconnected. Ensure removal of hanger shipping bolts. Check that the pipe supports and hangers are completed and ready for operation, Verify proper insulation and installation.
