Job Responsibilities
•Provide support and assistance to senior management and project personnel to guarantee that project quality objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
•Assisting and supporting contract administration, quality control and the development/improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures
•Perform meticulous inspections of mechanical systems in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
•Identify and document any deviations or deficiencies observed in construction methods or materials by issuing Internal NCRs & SORs.
•Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design requirements and quality benchmarks.
•Generate comprehensive reports delineating inspection findings and providing recommendations where necessary.
•Maintain accurate records of all inspection activities and associated documentation.
•Establishing documented objectives and KPIs.
•Making sure if the documented procedure is adequate for the current process flow.
•Utilizing the commissioning document library for creation of project specific inspection checklists and test forms under the guidance of a Testing and Commissioning Manager.
•Conducting Testing & commissioning inspections along with consultant and execution of commissioning tests based on documented procedures.
•Identifying system conditions that are abnormal, to determine their cause, and to recommend corrective actions.
•Updating the Testing & Commissioning progress sheet in coordination with execution team.
•Preparation and approval of Defect analysis reports as per Company Policy.
•Closing out of NCRs and Site Observations (Internal & External).
•Conducting inspections prior to inspection by consultant.
•Maintaining all quality related documents and records.
•Inspecting the materials received from suppliers/manufacturers.
•Ensuring the subordinates are inducted for QMS and comprehending their roles & responsibilities and ensuring to fulfill the requirements.
•Ensure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, Method Statement, Quality Control Procedure (QCP), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and latest version of applicable documents is available.
•Performs quality-engineering reviews of documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
•Review from a quality perspective (and approve) document prepared by internal or external organizations such as quality manuals and procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures.
•Establish and maintain consistent and adequate administration procedures to ensure that all information is current and that the Project Team receives the latest information.
•Ensure that appropriate QA/QC procedural training is delivered & carry out analysis on lessons learnt.

philosophy of the asset.
* Ensuring that equipment and machinery is performing effectively and efficiently.
* Establishing and monitoring programs for critical machinery analysis and condition
monitoring techniques.
* Reviewing deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance.
