Keeping up to date Asset One and Asset management module in ERP system. In addition, keep the records of asset transfers.
•Practicing space management by utilizing storage spaces in an efficient manner and creating additional spaces for future use.
•Mail Management - Sending/ Receiving mails & materials locally and internationally.
•Create ERP receipts & requisitions of all services and purchases.
•Ensure all Contractor personnel working at facilities strictly adhere to ADU's Safety procedures, requirements and comply with HSE practices
•Overviewing the cleaning services in Dubai campus while inspecting classrooms, common areas and carpeted areas.
•Facilitating Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense inspections on their monthly surprise visits. In addition, organizing the documentation for Dubai municipality.
•Conducting facilities tours to CAA, KHDA and other bodies.
•Arranging TECOM/ Dubai Knowledge approvals for events.
•Assists the BSF Director in planning and overseeing the department’s budget.
•Assists the BSF Director in planning and executing the department strategic initiatives.
•Assists the Transport Scheduler in dealing with complaints and coordination of transportation for employees.
•Provides logistic support and for all on-campus and off-campus events
•Budgeting, arranging and issuance of stationary for Dubai campus.
•Ensures availability of optimum stock of deliverables (tissue rolls, sanitizers, drinking water & cups), basic office equipment, effective management of inventory and proper documentation, records to be maintained for all transactions.
•Overview on Safety and Security of campus.
•Coordinates and monitors our property management company.
•Dealing with vendors for services and new purchases by giving specific details and dimensions.
•Overview the cafeteria services and their products by conducting surveys and by physical inspections.
•Plan and arrange UG student accommodations and transportation services.

• Worked closely with all departments to ensure that all convention business is handled efficiently.
