 ADDC Approved Competent Electrical Engineer.
 Directly responsible as project in-charge for the Erection and Commissioning of various Indoor and Outdoor Substations (like (33/22/11/0.415) kV) and GIS Substations activities.
 Review the calculations, designs, drawings and specifications of equipment prepared by Engineering Contractors to ensure conformance with accepted electrical standards, safe practices & electrical codes.
 Completely involved in Installation, testing, joining and termination of HV and LV cables.

 Worked as a team leader, during the Erection and commissioning of 33/11/0.415/0.220 kV Substation pertaining to HT & LT switch gears, Transformers 500kVA to 2500kVA, cables and capacitor bank. Chiller plant, Air compressors, cooling towers, motors, pumps.
 Proficiently manage the erection and commissioning Injection Molding machines, Conveyors, Cranes.
 Proficiently planned, supervise and coordinated all Maintenance activities on electrical and HVAC equipments, HT & LT switch gears, Transformers, Chiller plant(Air & water cooled) up to 500TR, Compressors (up to 2000CFM), Cooling towers, Motors and troubleshoot the complex problems.
 Trained team of technicians and junior engineers regarding handling of emergencies, trouble shooting of schemes, and proper documentation
 Proficiently maintain the 2500kVA Diesel generators
 Responsible for preparing MIR (Management Information Report - daily Status) on a monthly basis and submitting the same to the higher management.

 Heading the Organization function of Engineering to maintain and preparing daily maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance schedules Check lists, analyzing Trips/faults, stabilization of the 11KV substation (1000kVA transformers, HT & LT panels), Diesel generators and 160TR chiller plant.
 Responsible for liaison with Tamil Nadu Electricity Board for 11KV Substation & for Electrical power demand requirements, and all statutory boards viz. Pollution, Fire, etc.
 Completely involved in Construction works, designing, and estimating, Scheduling, Upcoming project Co-ordination, Contract selections, product selection.
 Effective co-ordination with our hospitals ISO certification.

 Completely involved for HT and LT related works from drawing to Execution level. Complete co- ordination for erection, testing and commissioning of panels and cables.
 Operation and Maintenance of Power Transformers up to 2500kVA, Switch gears, Diesel generators up to 1500kVA, BMS, Fire Alarm Detectors and Fire fighting Equipments.
 Excellent Man Management Skills and preparation of preventive maintenance schedules for the entire equipments/systems.

 Operation and maintenance of 315KVA Power Transformer, Diesel Generators (150KVA and 125KVA), MV panels, switchgears, Air compressor with motors, water and Air cooled chillers up to 15TR and Cooling Towers (80TR and 100TR)
 Operation and Maintenance of Injection machines x2(sigama120LL and LTM DEMAG 60LL), and Blowing machines x3 (print link, Aoki 60LL) and utilities (Heaters, sensors, relays, Non return valves, Heat exchangers
 Proficiently maintain the Mould and Heaters, control boards, PLC and AC drives and involved the modification the heaters and voltage controllers
 Effective co-ordination with purchase for procurement of materials.

 Installation, commissioning and servicing of Burglar and Fire Alarms.
