•Executed and completed Construction Package for Effluent treatment plant In Abu Dhabi, Kizad for universal Voltas as M.C and Client NFPC. The modification works For villas in Palm Jumeirah With pool and 3 townhouses construction in Al Furjan.
•Develop the construction Phase plan, Plan resources and allocation, manage project Progress and Set deadlines, Create and Lead the Project Execution Team.
•Submission of monthly billing ensuring the Monthly financial budget is met as set by the company, preparing Variation claims, Subcontractor finalization, and commercial settlements and dispute resolution.
•Obtain the Necessary permits from the Government (Nakheel. Trakhees, DM) and various departments for the smooth operations of works under the Municipality, and Nakheel community.
•Execute daily operations of monitoring the works allocation, Material requirements, and work executed by the engineering team. Provide technical inputs to the Shop drawing preparation, Construction Program.
•Follow-ups and ensure the Project closeout documentation is completed including testing and commissioning and training programs

• Manage the overall Landscape and related Civil activities on the project which Includes Hard and Soft landscape Works, Irrigation and electrical services associated with Landscape package, MEP works for Swimming pool and Water feature, with Suitable HSE procedures.
• Construction of Structures associated With Landscape Package - swimming pools, Water features, Shade structures, Play Area, WPC decking, Counters, Open showers, streetlight foundations.
• Coordinate with the MEP team on a project to ensure Irrigation, electrical and Other services are in line as per design and Properly coordinated with other services.
• Provide technical assistance on the design and Civil Coordination.
• Coordinate with the various suppliers, Subcontractors to ensure the Work is completed as per the agreed Project Plan.
• Obtain the necessary permits from the Government and various departments for the smooth operations for external Works under Municipality.

•Plan, coordinate and carry out various building, villa project related activities from the pre-tender stage up to project close-out in as per Dubai Municipality Procedure and Regulation. Prepare and administer projects progress and Budget.

•Execute daily operations of monitoring the works allocation, Material requirements and work executed by the engineering team at the site and prepare interims and completion project reports.
• Supervise, monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on-time completion. lead Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other discipline engineers.
• Carry out and follow up with all Dubai municipality submissions through Dubai Building permit system.
• Familiar with Mohammed bin Rashid housing establishments loan producers and payments online.
• Prepare Method statements, Weekly and Monthly project Plan for site execution and Procedures for the company. (Procurement and HR policies)
• Ensure and Manage Health and safety and Quality control measures on sites.

•Lead and control all the structural and finishing works for the whole project during the construction phase of project life cycle. Establish the team of Project/Site Engineers, and site Execution team matrix, site machinery and staff allocation for the successful completion of the project before time and within the project budget.
•Directly involved in the development of construction project plans, project budget, cost estimates and project construction strategies. Ensure the progress as per the master construction program and timely implementing the recovery plan in conjunction with the project. Achieved the Project schedule completion and acceleration by 5% within time, Quality, and HSE as per Standards.

•Responsible for carrying out Project tendering, estimation, Procurement and execution of the construction phase of the project.
•Maintain execution plan progress against planned schedule and project budget.
•Coordination of internal staff and external engineering/procuring activities. Support the Cost Control and Forecasting.
•Manage and settle commercial claims from the subcontractors and technical issues.

Rail Structures

•Delivery of designs for civil engineering elements for a major signalling infrastructure renewals scheme. These include Level Crossings, Foundations of Cantilever, Signal Gantries, Pad bases Etc, Temporary Works Designs, and retaining walls.

•Carryout CDM documentation, in accordance with the program, agreed with Network Rail. This includes Form B and Form C designs (including design reports) and detailed design. To liaise with project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of design

Highway structures

• Delivery of the design of carriageway and footway reconstruction and resurfacing schemes, and improvement schemes, in accordance with the program, agreed with Transport for London to acceptable quality standards and financial targets. This includes feasibility, outline and preliminary design (including design reports) and detailed design.

•Closely monitor the state of progress of projects in the role of project engineer to ensure programs are met, and a regular report on design progress to the client.

•Responsibility included- Handling construction activities on site such as inspection of structural and finishing items. Reading detailed design drawings and implementing it accordingly. Raise RFI’s, MAS preparation and carrying out work as per approved Method statement.

•Also in conjunction with the Engineering Coordination team appointed to the project, ensure that the Civil Engineering team's work is adequately coordinated with all other Engineering disciplines and Company Department.

• looking after ongoing activities such as Structural Works (Superstructure and Substructure) and Finishing Works, Study drawings as per Specifications.
• Quantity calculations and design temporary earth retaining structure.
•Gained appreciation of methods of constructing for Civil Structural, Finishing, Landscape, External Services.
•Informing -Coordinating With Principal Engineer/Consultants of all Inspections, RFI and MAS.
