Reporting to:

Responsible for:
➢ Participate in Kick Off meeting for the Technical and Safety of the project.
➢ Review scope of the contract during bid evaluation process.
➢ Coordinate & participate in handover process from Tendering to Construction, reviewing Construction & Commissioning scope, schedule, including risks and opportunities.
➢ Organize, drive, and participate in the review and approval of the constructability strategy performed during all phases of project execution.
➢ Coordinate with the assigned Site Manager, the Site activities startup and preparation process, ensuring that site execution plan is in place including forecast planning for the upcoming week.
➢ Review and Report Contractor Performance in monthly project review and present status, development, and progress of the project to Management.
➢ Review of project technical documents specifically related to the primary and secondary electrical schemes, fire protection, small power/lighting and HVAC systems for the grid station.
➢ Monitor and report on daily basis the construction execution, cost and man loading forecast and planning.
➢ Develop and implement mitigation plans in conjunction with the Site Manager and Construction team leads.
➢ Evaluate and Prepare response to the Contractor's claims related to variation works, extension of time, etc. in discussion with Business Finance and Legal Affair teams.
➢ Monitor the Project EHS & QMS statistics & coordinate with the Contractor's project team to address & resolve the identified shortcomings.
➢ KPI Planning & progress reporting (internal/external) for ongoing project(s).
➢ Coordination with internal (civil, transmission, telecom, SCADA, etc.) for on-time completion of projects.
➢ Stakeholder management & conflict resolution between stakeholders during project execution.
➢ Development & delivery of training sessions on technical and safety topics.
➢ Improvement of technical provision, specific works datasheets for electrical/fire/etc. related equipment.
➢ Development of Standard Operating Procedures in-line with HSE/technical requirements & best practices.
Working at Siemens Pakistan Engineering Co. Ltd. since the last 5+ years, in the following goups;
- Project Management / Order Management for Control and Protection Projects.
- Design of 500/220/132kV Control and Protection Panels as per NTDC/WAPDA specifications.
- Design of Fault Monitoring System for Shalamar, Loralai Grid Stations.
- Commissioning of 132kV Grid Station's Control and Protection Panel at G-13, Islamabad.
- Part of Siemens AG's RTU team for CCEDDP Package D Project in Colombo Srilanka,
- Design, Parameterization and Commissioning of RTU & Adaptation works in KESC LDC SCADA Project.
- Commissioning of Fault Monitoring and Sequential Recording System at Ludewala 220kV Grid Station.
- Parameterization, installation. testing and commissioning for Siprotec relays and bay control units.
- Installation, testing and commissioning for SICAM RTU Systems.
-Recieved grade based scholarships throughout the course. -Worked on Bomb Disposal Robot for Final Year Project.
