I am currently heading legestic suction of Al Hamrani Fuchs Petroleum Saudi Arabia eastern region .Receiving lubricants coming form plant storing them as per standards and then control the whole supply chain to destribute them to costumers upom receiving PO from Sale Department
Managing whole Demand and supply machanisim, To keep inventory level at mimum and controlling and implementing FIFO & FILO to keep inventory most effective
I maintain inventory level from 18 million SR to 7 Million SR . During my forst year of service . To compansiate company for 11 million SR . With out effecting supply chain management.
I managed people, processes, system & make sure targets are met on time.
Oversees the maintenance of warehouse & labor-management system.
As a warehouse In Charge I also had careful eye on work place health & standard which is important for security of the building and stock as well as workers.
As fully aware of importance of administrational structure, managed team of workers through the use of team leaders & supervisors to deal with the personal issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff.
Never hesitate to do hand on work as I believe its key way to motivate workers.
Always and strictly follow & implement company’s policies.
Enough knowledge about bore pilling equipment’s & equipment related to pilling work.
Accompany staff from the Department of Environmental Health and Safety, Joint Health and Safety Committees, and external agencies during workplace inspections.
Keeping stock control system up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
Producing regular reports and statistics on daily, weekly & monthly basics.
Briefing team leaders on a daily basis.
Liaising with suppliers & transport companies.
Ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and receiving procedure.
Prepare work orders, maintain shipping and employee records.
Making material requisition & making sure supply of demanded material on time according to the W/Shop demand.
Organizing staff shift rotes and workloads.
Organizing expenses of yard and making payments regarded to petty cash.
Supervise whole supply chain so it can co-ordinate effectively with suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
IT plays a big part in the role as IT systems and electronic communication methods are used to keep track of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and performance evaluation.
I as working in WMS always kept my eye on external influences such as, fuel costs & environmental.
When managing warehouse or staff, my role was included:
Implementing health and safety procedure.
Managing staff training issues.
Direct operational aspects including distribution operation.
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development & motivation.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective action that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Address costumers & employees satisfaction issue promptly.
In W/H management
Coordinated with the operational manager, Store manager and other staff.
Conducted inventory control for the minimization of and stock of overstock.
Did & control of possibilities of damage of goods because a acceptance, depository and settlement of wrong goods so that loss will be minimize.
Make weekly sale report and also schedule work staff.
Gave input, idea and information which are positive to store manager for the progress of store.
Observed and assisted delivery uploading (can operate forklift if needed).
Conducted observation of hygiene of area stocking and floor.
Executed special assignation which is given by store manager & management.
