As Part of 3rd Saudi Expansion of Holy Haram (Makkah), CPC is holding entire scope of Finishing Works which includes but not limited to Marble flooring, Marble Cladding, Roofing Systems, Ceiling Systems, Water Proofing Systems, BIM etc. Under CPC, we have several companies which are physically executing the scope at work sites. As part of Project Control Team, I am maintaining the reporting system for all the companies working under CPC and the major reports consist of Weekly Productivity Reports & Histogram, Weekly Progress Reports with KPI indications, Weekly Dashboard Reports with KPI indications, Daily Reports, P6 Schedules.

As part of CPC Head office Project Control team, I prepared several P6 Schedules for new projects i.e NEOM Projects and Jeddah Tower Façade Works (world’s tallest building to be).

Overall Major Responsibilities Performed throughout the career:

Developing, Validating & Maintaining the Baseline Schedules.

Resource Loading the Schedules (Manpower, Material, Machinery, Cost).

Updating the Schedules (Weekly / Monthly).

Earned Value Analysis & Forecasting (CV, SV, CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC).

Analyzing delays and suggesting Recovery plans.

Preparing Recovery Plans (as required).

Preparing detailed Sub-Schedules for zones to closely monitor delays & recovery.

Monitoring Man-hours & Productivities and preparing respective efficiency reports.

Managing the back-charges from main Contractor to Sub-Contractors & from Client to Contractor vis-à-vis.

Reviewing Monthly Invoices and advising accordingly to the Commercial department.

Tracking Project trends and reporting outputs.

Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring & updating.

Procurement and materials tracking schedules for project’s materials.

Preparing manpower & cash-flow diagrams for the project.

As part of Saudi ARAMCO Onshore maintain potential projects, SA-1 has scope of Oil, Gas and Misc Wells which include but not limited to Civil/Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical/Instrumentation, Telecommunications, Cathodic Protections and Overhead Power Lines & Testing & Commissioning of the facilities. In general, after Drilling RIG demobilization Saudi ARAMCO continues to award the scope to qualified Contractors to initiate the construction of Well Head area and to join it to the Production Lines/GOSP (nearest and as per design/requirements). Under SA-1 Contract, Nesma & Partners (at SA-1) is working on around 25 Wells in parallel (including Oil, Gas, Misc). After award of Contract (new well), within 7 working days, Contractor must submit a baseline schedule fulfilling the Mechanical Completion as mentioned in the awarded contract and after schedule acceptance, a continuous weekly reporting and maintaining the baseline must be adhered.

The total track length of the CTW110 section was approximately 98 Km (straight length is 81 Km), which includes main line, Spur & WASIT yard. Project also includes approx. 9 Million m3 of Earthworks (Excavation, Fill, Subgrade & Sub ballast), 60 Box & Pipe Culverts under the track, 04 ARAMCO Utility Protection Culverts, 11 Royal Commission Utility Protection Structures, 03 Road Bridges, 08 Rail Bridges over utilities and 01 Camel Crossing Bridge. Project is in execution stage.

Project also includes approx. 50 Million m3 of Earthworks (Excavation, Fill, Subgrade & Sub ballast), 594 Box & Pipe Culverts, 15 Road Bridges, 03 ARAMCO Pipeline Protection Bridges and 11 Camel Crossing Bridges. Project was Handed Over to the Client Successfully.
