• Supervising site teams for all pre-commissioning activities.
• Checking all schematic drawings for the installed instruments as per the provided drawings by the client.
• Checking of all installed instruments as per the P&ID’s
• Preparation of Redmark drawings as per the actual site conditions.
• Activities include pre-commissioning of (Motor Operated Valves, Control Valves, PCV’s, MCC’s, Yokogawa Pressure Transmitters, Yokogawa Differential Pressure Transmitters, Yokogawa Flow Transmitters, Yokogawa Level Transmitters, Yokogawa Temperature Transmitters, Honeywell C300 DCS Systems and Etc.)
• To perform troubleshooting if any problem arise suring pre-commissioning activities.
• To do close coordination with the client for day to day activities

Project: Replace Sales Gas Compressor Motor at Shedgum and Uthmaniya Gas Plant:
Scope:
• Demolition of 24500HP Synchronous Motor including old electromechanical relay devices.
• Modification of existing concrete foundation as per new Motor and sole plate requirement including modification of structural platform.
• Installation of new 27000HP 13.2KV Synchronous Motors.
• Installation of new Motor Protection Relay devices, Power Quality Meter, Motor Excitation Panel, Partial Discharge Monitoring System, and PLC for Anti-Recycle Control Lock-out.
• Existing DCS and ESD System modification and configuration.
• New lube oil piping, conduit, cable tray, and cabling works.
• Hi-Pot test, and splicing of old and new MV Cables.
• Upgrade of Compressor Gearbox, replacement of Low Speed and High Speed Gear. Major Overhauling of existing compressor, replacement of Gas Compressor Rotor.
• Pre-commissioning of the new Motor up to Functionality test of new Motor Protection Relay, PLC, Excitation Panel, and Cooling Fan Motors with ESD control logic.
• Loop testing of all Motor Instruments: RTD’s, Vibration Probes, and Key Phasor.
• Motor Solo Run to Full Train Run test.
• Full Load run test (Coupled Run)
Responsibilities:
• To manage and lead teams for the execution of all construction and Pre-com activities.
• To Coordinate and manage execution of all site construction activities with all site engineers.
• To prepare the planning package for the day to day site activities using primavera P6.
• Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from the subcontractors, and providing remedial actions as a recovery plan to overcome any delays that may arise.
• Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress on day to day basis; coordinating construction activities; resolving problems that may arise during construction phase.

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Make certain that client’s needs are met as the project evolves.
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Preparing Spare parts data packages for the company as per Saudi Aramco standards.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
• Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database.
• Coordinating with all the vendors regarding engineering Documentation and finalizing the engineered materials.
• Overseeing procurement activities and communicating to procurement engineer if any issues arise.
Responsibilities:
• To prepare Internal Gas Consumption (Line pack volume and Gas Purging Calculations) report on Monthly basis for UFG Department.
• To Evaluate Technical specification of pipeline network material.
• To design Meters for TBS and PRS.
• To prepare Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports of activities carried out by different departments.
• To coordinate with operating departments regarding data acquisition and other Unaccounted for Gas (UFG) matters.
• To prepare Presentation on UFG for Senior Management on monthly basis and when required.
• To prepare UFG analysis report, UFG Board and Committee reports on monthly basis.
• To analyze category / area wise gas sales.
• To prepare OGRA reports on daily, fortnightly and monthly basis.

• Directional drilling job.
