Provided design and delivery for the technical aspects of implementing performance and compensation management of SAP for Sony. Engaged with project sponsors, end-users and remote teams for discussing and resolving key design and technical issues.
* Sony Europe - System migration/consolidation
System migration and consolidation of disparate SAP HR (ECC 6) systems for Sony DE in to centralized global landscape (ECC6 ehp5) (called Esher).
Key deliverable included a migration strategy, strategy development for custom components
Integration strategy for HCM with external payroll and MS active directory and sharepoint. Design and strategy for adaptation of Portal based UI into NWBC role based UI display.
* Northern Ireland Prison Services - Technical Migration
Planning and design for technical migration of NIPS SAP ECC5 systems to SAP ECC6 Ehp4 built over Microsoft based high availability clusters. Responsibilities and deliverables included, technical migration strategy/design, system sizing, cost planning and project delivery planning, business continuity design (high availability).
Setup of solution manager for landscape management and technical project management.
* Rexam PLC - Systems Upgrade Upgrade project for Rexam's SAP HR landscape to ECC enhancement pack 5.
Components covered in upgrade included ECC, SAP Portal, SAP CE, Trex, Nakisa and SAP Solution Manager.
Key deliverables included technical project plan, upgrade strategy, interim disaster recovery
planning, effort estimation, sizing and system provisioning.
* PALL (Manufacturing) Global Talent Management Project
Engagement with client from pre-sales stage in providing a strategy for establishing branched
SAP HR ECC and Portal system for UK business. Other deliverables included architecting the landscape for talent management systems and advice on their integration and consolidation with existing core applications. Providing IT strategies for technical change management and backup management for newly established systems and providing technical project leadership for implementation of the architecture.

Amey provides professional services and has a very large workforce of temporary and permanent workers. The project involved implementation ESS/MSS and Talend Management.
My role on the project was to plan, design and deliver integration with Org Publisher (an Org Chart visualization solution) and iGrasp (an eRecruitment solution from StepStoneSolutions). Solution included web service design and development, workflows, WebDynpro UI and use of BizTalk as middleware.
* Coca-Cola Hellenic (System Integration LSO to HR)
Integration of Learning Solution System on ECC6 to disparate backend HR system (4.7) using ALE/IDocs. Key deliverables and responsibilities included, design document for system integration, data mappings, master data synchronization and data exchange structures. | Review of impact of version differences on master data synchronization using ALE. | Strategy for synchronization and replication of organizational structure, employee master for LSO related infotypes and cost centers. | Implementation of ALE subsystem landscape of configuration for iDocs for message exchange. | Engagement with process owners and project sponsors in Coco-Cola Hellenic (Sofia, Bulgaria).

Advised on methodology and design for virtualization of SAP portal landscape including solution manager and SLD. Key deliverables and responsibilities included, technical project planning and cost planning/budgeting, system sizing, setup of the virtual landscape using VMWare and migrated the landscape to these virtual systems, OS and DB migration 32 to 64 bit including version upgrades and design and setup of interim change management procedures for during of upgrade.
