At present my job responsibilities include to ensure the following activities.
• Responsible to standardize milk for Uht Plant (Ultra Heat Treatment Plant) & Power Plant according to recipe and SOP.
• Responsible of smooth Operation of milk receiving, pasteurization, Powder recombination, CIP Station
• Monitors the various process equipments like Pumps, Valves, Control Valves, Centrifuges, THE, PHE, Powder Mixer with respect to operating performance compared to design.
• Optimization studies and troubleshooting.
• Vigilance and thorough checking of finished Products to ensure its quality/standard up to the mark.
• Process unit and equipment performance monitoring, process database
