=> Developed a good understanding of the IMS Standards Documentation & Regulatory Framework, on which an interactive session with the supervisors and departments head allowed for extended discussions while delivering official presentations reflecting my understanding of the department and global standards of IMS, ICAO & ISO.

=> Acclimated to the basic working of the nerve cell of Civil Aviation Authorities’ AISO (Aeronautical Information Service Provider) and Pre Flight Information Unit Cell by in depth study of the AIP (Aeronautical Information Publication), understanding ANS (Air Navigation Services) of Pakistani Airspace in extensive detail with chart reading attuning further Airspace Classes, Aerodromes in Pakistan and there types, Runway lengths, ICAO codes and etc.
=>Paid live inspection visits to the Domestic & International Departure & Arrival Lounges to witness the maintenance and available space in the lounges and concourse halls while working closely with the Passenger Feedback & Suggestion Cell
=> Monitored complaint handling softwares, manual and automatic record, complaint follow- up, complaint entry, passenger concerns, how to deal up the matter and all the aspects related from Passengers Facilitation’s View Point
=> Witnessed the duties that a Flight Operation Officer performs using the softwares such as Airport Connect an etc. I also listened to the live Pilot ATC communication as a notification to the FOO to handle the flight and practically witnessed the ground handling of the Emirates flight while using Ground Handling Agency Manuals and etc.
