Visa Process: Handling the Visa process for worldwide onsite projects.
 Insurance: Handling Insurance process of employees.
 Employee Engagement: Planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and programs.
 Travel ticket: Coordinating and booking flight tickets of the employees on various projects.
 Administration: Preparing and escalating payment request, expense claim sheet. Maintaining and
overseeing the admin store.
 Other HR Files & Documents: Collecting, compiling and maintaining necessary documents in
employee files.

• Recruitment: Source candidates using suggested methods, Categorize received applications and escalate for approval, make calls and send out interview call mails, coordinate and conduct interviews, send interview feedback to shortlisted candidates, maintain recruitment files and management system.
• Induction: Coordinate and conduct the induction training process; compile all joining documents and prepare joining orders.
• Attendance & Leave: Maintain HRIS and check leave balances & status; Check irregularities and send reminders for regularization.
• Payroll: Submit leave and attendance reports for payroll processing
• Performance appraisal: Design format for Performance appraisal, implementing and evaluating, Maintaining employee performance report files.
• Salary structure: Fixing the salary structure, making proposals for salary revision, Preparing allowances for various categories.
• Employee relations: Maintaining good organization culture and grievance redressal,
• Other HR files & Documents: Registers as part of statutory compliances; Filling forms for filing PF & ESI returns; Filling PF A/c opening, transfer, A/c Closure forms and processing;; Carryout employee exit formalities.
