 Spearheaded project of first Proton Therapy Centre in Gulf region to facilitate oncology, cardiology, and other much-needed specialist services to the community that awarded to Joint Venture (Habtoo-Leighton and Latifia Trading Contracting) under a separate contract.

 Devised and executed successfully the construction of Ritz-Carlton hotel consists of 10 towers, 88 individual chalets within budget and scheduled time to get the best possible benefits from the project.
 Organised and completed onsite Venetian Village project, including, eighty-six pergolas, eleven gazebos, and three shaded areas adjacent.
 Displayed exceptional expertise to control the project of Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, including Grand Canal, features 447 luxurious guestrooms and suites.
 Planned and implemented strategies to construct beautiful landscaped gardens in private beach overlooking the grand canal that hotel consists of ten stately buildings arranged in a crescent formation, complemented by artfully designed water features throughout the 220, 000 sq meter (54 acres) property.

 Completed construction, fit-out, and landscaping functions, as well as internal roads, to achieve the two separate four-star hotels on adjacent plots on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
 Utilised constructive opinions for Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island project, including 400-rooms with 30 additional suites, while Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island Hotel with a 200-room hotel.
 Formulated and implemented policies to build ballroom, function rooms, and recreational facilities including pools, and food and beverage outlets for Formula 1 race in Abu Dhabi in a timely manner.

 Streamlined the process of substructure construction including pile caps & raft and construction of superstructure of eleven towers featuring luxury residential apartments, five-star hotel tower, health clubs, and leisure facilities for the project.
 Played an integral role in constructing an area of more than 8.6 million square feet, the 2, 115 residential apartments range from studio to four bedrooms, as well as terrace and duplex style apartments within high rise (50 storey) tower.
 Prepared effective plans for building up the 176 office studios, 60 villas, and eight boutique villas, retail mall, two health clubs, 4, 500 car parking spaces, and over 33, 000 square metres of landscaped grounds.
