 Supervised a highly skilled team of 300 manpower, along with evaluated performances and working procedures to ensure the compliance with obligations and management plan of the organisation
 Identified and resolved health, safety, and environment issues at the site to ensure a safe working environment in accordance with management systems manual and project management plans.
 Adhered to the construction programme through formulating and implementing effective strategies, and analysing the available resources, resulting in completing the project within the budget and timeframe.
 Formulated cost and risk controlling plans by coordinating with commercial, production, planning departments, and project director to decrease the damage ration of the project.

Produced accurate assessments for project and site needs, quality and safety, and utilisation of resources to complete projects within time and budget. Developed appropriate recommendations for daily activities, including resources management and construction progress for high-rise residential building, hotel, and hospital projects.  Delivered strategic directions for the 234, 000 square metre project, including construction of a central services building spanning four levels, and services tunnel approximately 320 metres in length.
 Spearheaded project of first Proton Therapy Centre in Gulf region to facilitate oncology, cardiology, and other much-needed specialist services to the community that awarded to Joint Venture (Habtoo-Leighton and Latifia Trading Contracting) under a separate contract.
 Executed plans to complete 11 stories of national neurosciences institute and cancer centre, three stories of cardiac centre, seven stories of laboratories and office building, and two levels of below ground car park.

Ritz-Carlton Hotel Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 Devised and executed successfully the construction of Ritz-Carlton hotel consists of 10 towers, 88 individual chalets within budget and scheduled time to get the best possible benefits from the project.
 Organised and completed onsite Venetian Village project, including, eighty-six pergolas, eleven gazebos, and three shaded areas adjacent.
 Displayed exceptional expertise to control the project of Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, including Grand Canal, features 447 luxurious guestrooms and suites.
 Planned and implemented strategies to construct beautiful landscaped gardens in private beach overlooking the grand canal that hotel consists of ten stately buildings arranged in a crescent formation, complemented by artfully designed water features throughout the 220, 000 sq meter (54 acres) property.

Radisson Blu Hotel & Park Inn by Radisson, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE

 Completed construction, fit-out, and landscaping functions, as well as internal roads, to achieve the two separate four-star hotels on adjacent plots on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
 Utilised constructive opinions for Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island project, including 400-rooms with 30 additional suites, while Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island Hotel with a 200-room hotel.
 Formulated and implemented policies to build ballroom, function rooms, and recreational facilities including pools, and food and beverage outlets for Formula 1 race in Abu Dhabi in a timely manner.

Executive Towers at Business Bay (50 storey), Dubai, UAE
Client: Dubai Properties • Consultant: Al Dar & Atkins • Value: AED 2B
 Streamlined the process of substructure construction including pile caps & raft and construction of superstructure of eleven towers featuring luxury residential apartments, five-star hotel tower, health clubs, and leisure facilities for the project.
 Played an integral role in constructing an area of more than 8.6 million square feet, the 2, 115 residential apartments range from studio to four bedrooms, as well as terrace and duplex style apartments within high rise (50 storey) tower.
 Prepared effective plans for building up the 176 office studios, 60 villas, and eight boutique villas, retail mall, two health clubs, 4, 500 car parking spaces, and over 33, 000 square metres of landscaped grounds.

Residential development in Singapore. The high rise building project consists of 8 building blocks 17 storey each and a 5 storey car park with 1.2 Km of flexible road & drain at Sengkang, Singapore. The project Value is AED 380 million.

Project -2: Proejct Engineer - 1 ½ year
Improvement project in Singapore. A reconstruction and modification project within the high rise building. Strengthen the existing foundation with addition of micro piles under the basement of building.

Project title: Proposed construction of 3 Blocks of 10/14 storey each, 6 Blocks of 14 storey each having total 1504 dwelling units with 2 Blocks of 5 storey car park at Woodland Neighbourhood-6 Contract-5, Singapore. Project value AED 535 million.

Mid rise Residential development in Singapore.
Project title: Proposed construction of 3 buildings 14 storey each with one multistory car park at Wood Lands Neighbourhood-7 Contract-16, Singapore.

Project: Road Development and Infrastructure Project in Bangladesh financed by ADB. The project comprises construction of pre-stressed post tension bridges, concrete bridges with bored piling, multi-cell box culverts, earth retaining structures, 6m wide 40m deep Diaphragm wall and construction of new roads. Actively was involved in Design-modification and supervision of the project. Project value is AED 440 million.
